Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise which require the cancellation of a catering order. In order to provide clarity and transparency, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. For orders above $5,000:
  • If the order is cancelled at least 7 days before the event date, 85% of the total order amount will be refunded.

2. For all other orders:
  • If the order is cancelled at least 72 hours before the event date, a cancellation fee of 15% of the total order amount will be charged.
  • If the order is cancelled within 72 hours of the event date, no refund will be provided.

Please note that any refund provided will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur, and we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our abilities. However, due to the nature of our business and the preparations involved, we kindly request that cancellations be made within the specified time frames mentioned above.
